In no case should you add a plasticizer in a dry form. It must first be cooked. Dilute 200g. plasticizer in 1 liter of hot water 70-80 degrees Celsius. Water must always be hot so that the plasticizer dissolves well. While chopping well in hot water from a measuring cup, add plasticizer powder in small portions. Precipitation must not be allowed; it must dissolve well. Next, we prepare the pigment dye of concrete. The percentage of the dye should be at least 2% of all components in dry form. If you make high-quality paving slabs, you can not save on dye. You should get a saturated color of concrete, which will keep its shade for years. Pigment dye is quite expensive and many are trying to keep the cost of production due to savings at the expense of plasticizer. But such an approach is not justified. In a year or two, the tile will lose its color. Two years after the rain, the wet tile will look like new, but in a dry state the colors are almost invisible. To justify saving dye, it is better to use two-layer filling technology. Half fill forms with colored concrete and immediately colorless. Such a tile will be even stronger.
